As the XR Lead at T-Mobile, I am responsible for evaluating and driving augmented and virtual reality projects, partnerships, and strategy across the company. With over 10 years of experience in product, innovation, and venture capital, I have a passion for creating and scaling cutting-edge solutions that enhance customer experience and value proposition.In my current role, I established and lead T-Mobile’s first cross-functional XR core team, managing complex stakeholder relationships and generating the company’s long-term XR vision and roadmap. I also define and develop content and hardware partnerships with leading tech companies, such as Qualcomm, Google, and HTC, focusing on XR applications in education, gaming, healthcare, and entertainment. Additionally, I drive execution on XR vision, including proofs of concept, commercialization, and developer ecosystem activity, resulting in multiple XR focused innovation programs, use case specific MVPs, and XR application pilots. Prior to T-Mobile, I worked in the startup and venture capital space in Latin America, Southeast Asia, and Europe, launching, restructuring, and leading portfolio companies across various sectors and markets. During my Fulbright Scholarship in Mexico, I established and led the Mexico operations of a social impact investor group, deploying over $100 mm in social and environmental impact companies. I also have an MBA from Yale University’s School of Management, where I was a fellow at the Yale School of Public Health and advised student and professor led startups with a focus on healthcare and education. I am a former U.S. Youth Delegate for the G20 summit and a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, where I focused on education and career development programs for underrepresented students.
