ABOUT CEREN A.

Welcome to my LinkedIn page. I have been working in the hospitality for about 3 years. I started my working life as a Barback in 2021.I have always been a staff member loyal to the hotel\'s principles. In 2022, I worked as a Barmaid in the same hotel. They stated that my managers and supervisors were always satisfied with me. In 2023, I changed departments and become a Operations Center agent at Be Premium Bodrum. My main duty here was to answer calls from guests. Because of this job, I learned Sedna and HHoms programs. I was selected as \"Employee of the Month\" in July.After this job, I realized that I wanted to improve myself in the Front Office department. I have always been a positive and respectful person to the individuals around me.I am good at solving problems easily. I make those around me feel my desire and stability for this job. I aim to improve myself by learning something from every company I work for and become a good manager in the future.
