Worked in Construction Package 4(CP4) Project and Construction Management (PCM) Quality Team for High Speed Railway (HSR) project, conducting audits regarding system effectiveness of PCM, Design Builder, Independent Assurance Program consultants, Independent Site and Independent Civil Engineering parties in the field of including but not limited to material testing, material certification, system documentation,Reliability Availability and Maintainability (RAM), Verification and Validation (V&V), Field Change Notice’s (FCN), Design Change Notice’s ( DCN), construction submittals and As-built submittals. Finding NCR’s, recommending corrective and preventive actions, taking role in all stages of quality assurance and quality control processes of the project, preparing assessment documents for structures, analyzing specifications and recommending improvement opportunities, revising manuals-procedures-processes. Currently working in Program Delivery Support (PDS) Team for High Speed Railway (HSR) project, in field assessment team preparing Operational Orders for field inspectors, arranging meetings with field inspectors before every inspection and giving them technical information about structure and previous NCR’s and all information needed to complete their inspections, revising structure assessment reports which will be presented to Authority, reviewing daily field inspection reports as per technical contract requirements (TCR), attending HSR Authority audit team to assist HSR Authority when needed.
