Guiding the path of business leaders. I am in the service of generating better performing businesses, more effective and satisfied CEOs, and competent future leaders. I help striving business leaders get what they want - for their business, for themselves and for their staff. None of us can lead well enough alone. I serve as an experienced and confidential ally within a leader\'s network of help.I deliver individual coaching for executives. As a former CEO, I apply the experience gained from having managed every function in a commercial enterprise. As a practicing coach, I focus on building the capability of the business or the executive - or both - to better deal with the next set of challenges.I develop and teach courses on Leadership at the MBA level, and coach MBA students in their development of solutions to real business issues, in preparation of their future Leadership roles.
