https://tnau.ac.in/site/cpmb/coeb/ The Centre of Excellence in Biotechnology was established in Centre for Plant Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, TNAU funded by Tamil Nadu government. The instrument facility was established at Centre of Excellence in Biotechnology @CPMB & B, TNAU, Coimbatore to initiate high end research on genomics and metabolomics. The equipments for metabolomic analysis viz, Preparative HPLC System, UHPLC system, Nano LC System, MALDI TOF/TOF Mass Spectrometer, LCMS-8045 Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer and GCMS TQ-8040 NX Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer were installed under High throughput Platform for Proteomics and Metabolomics and it is available for use by the students, researchers and industries on payment basis. reach us @ https://tnau.ac.in/cpmb/centre-of-excellence-in-biotechnology/
