Responsible to design business processes, identify functional and non-functional system requirements for new trade marketing, direct sales (including pre/prompt & Tele sales), B2B and web sales. Ensure plan, act, check stages are clear on each process and all processes are align with each other. Ensure end market legal/fiscal requirements are satisfied and adequate information send to ERP system for reporting purposes. Supervise program development, provide clarity on design. Work with 4 direct reports and end market senior users. Make sure that product development completed on time with expected quality. Make sure that global functionalities will fit all 40+ markets (in case of process adaptation work closely with change & deployment team). Lastly, be aware about new technologies, work with Architect team to identify Sales Force add-on/API which could add value to project.
