As a Technical Product Owner, I sit at the intersection of support, systems, and strategy—owning and optimizing a portfolio of operational applications that power internal teams and drive service excellence within a B2B technology environment.I lead the end-to-end product strategy across this portfolio, including ticketing and workflow platforms as well as talent enablement tools. I focus on building scalable, data-driven systems that create clarity, accountability, and measurable performance improvement.In this role, I-Own configuration and administration across a portfolio of apps (including ticketing systems, and talent enablement)-Partner closely with IT, Helpdesk, Talent, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable system solutions-Define and operationalize SLAs to improve visibility and service quality-Build reporting frameworks that transform system data into actionable insights-Identify automation and AI opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency-Establish governance, documentation, and best practices to ensure long-term sustainabilityPrior to this, I led technical operations and internal application support, where I built training programs, improved cross-functional workflows, and served as an operational system owner—experience that now informs how I approach product ownership: with a strong operational lens and a bias toward execution.I’m particularly passionate about leveraging AI/LLMs within support and talent systems to drive smarter workflows, better knowledge surfacing, and continuous optimization.
