This operational foundation, combined with leadership principles developed as a US Navy nuclear engineering supervisor, enables me to understand the full spectrum of challenges that clients must navigate during complex transformations.I\'m currently pursuing an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration at the University of Miami, with a focus on IT organization effectiveness research that will further enhance my ability to provide evidence-based frameworks for informed client transformation decisions.
