Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Engineer with 5 years of diverse experience in suspension manufacturing, firearms manufacturing, machine design, and composite manufacturing. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Kennesaw State University, with a minor in Manufacturing Engineering and a concentration in 3D Design.During my time at Kennesaw State, I played a pivotal role in establishing the Engineering Department\'s Rapid Prototype and Design Lab, enhancing organization and efficiency through software implementation. I have also served as an advisor for an NSF grant focused on additive manufacturing.My professional journey began at an Atlanta-based start-up affiliated with Georgia Tech, where I gained extensive experience in 3D modeling, manufacturing, proof of concept work, operational analysis, cost analysis, rapid prototyping, and process development. I then worked for a firearms manufacturer in Peachtree Corners, specializing in tool design for suppressor manufacturing and various weapon systems. At FOX Factory, I designed and implemented tooling, processes, and machine systems for manufacturing shocks in the PowerSports Division, covering motorcycles, snowmobiles, Timbersleds, and side-by-sides.My passion for engineering is deeply rooted in my automotive and motorsports background, which includes restoration, mechanical service, and aftermarket design. I have built and customized multiple car chassis and motorcycle platforms, including a VFR, RC-51, and Lexus GX470.I am adept at multitasking, troubleshooting, and optimizing processes. My strong communication skills enable effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
