Key Responsibilities:• Global Fund Management: Oversee financial aspects of funds across Europe and globally, ensuring top-tier reporting that supports strategic decision-making within client portfolios.• Comprehensive Financial Management: Analyze quarterly and annual financial statements of target funds, maintaining in-house reporting systems for KPI measurement.• Cross-Departmental Support: Provide legal, accounting, and tax support to various departments daily. Collaborate with Portfolio Management on performance analysis and reporting. Assist in preparing tax returns for fund companies.• Transaction Support: Reconcile cash flows of target companies in connection with investments.• Accounting Operations: Maintain communication with external accountants, ensuring asset and general ledger (G/L) accounting activities maintain integrity, proper controls, and efficiency.• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Manage financial closings, consolidations, and investor reporting, ensuring adherence to IFRS and US GAAP requirements.• Cash Flow Optimization: Optimize cash calls and distributions for Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), prepare capital calls with portfolio management, and maximize investor cash distribution.• Legal & Financial SPV Management: Manage legal and financial activities of SPVs, including capital increases, mergers, and liquidations, ensuring compliance and financial integrity.• Deal Structuring & Due Diligence: Collaborate with operations teams on deal structuring, due diligence, and accurate financial modeling and asset transfers.• Support Financing & Debt Management: Support the financing team and debt administration, aligning financial strategies with fund objectives.• Audit Coordination: Lead annual audits at SPV and Fund levels, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.
