In the teams and companies that I have served, I have proven to be a team player and a quick thinker. I work to ensure that my teams are synergetic and that we achieve our collective goals despite the challenges we may face.I am a positive force in my teams, and I ensure that morale remains high, and missions are accomplished. While an executive director for a freshman mentorship organization during COVID, I continued to facilitate relationships among staff and freshmen despite the transition to a virtual environment. Even with the new atmosphere, my organization was able to maintain our mission of developing freshmen into holistic leaders in both their professional and service endeavors. At the end of the day, I enjoy bringing people together and helping them develop into the best versions of themselves. My hobbies include learning a little about a lot of languages, playing the guitar, and practicing yoga. I also enjoy video games from both a player and developer perspective.As an enthusiastic and empathetic person, I can unite a team and propel us forward to success. By recognizing and maximizing the talents of my team, we are able to accomplish anything!
