Agency Management-Functional leadership and onboarding of external sales agencies as the main point of contact for the EUC Grocery & Department Stores Sales Team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services-Leading and managing merchandising and sales projects in collaboration with Key Account Managers, Field Sales, and retailers-Monitoring agency performance, analyzing key performance metrics, and providing feedback and coaching to enhance productivity and efficiency.Account Management-Management of the accounts Globus and Woolworth, with interim responsibility for EDEKA and Netto MD, focusing on building strong partnerships and creating mutual value to drive sustainable business growth-Planning, execution, and reporting of shopper activations in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including Trade Marketing, Customer Operations, E-Com Marketing, and Field Sales-Business development and revenue planning through performance tracking, forecasting, and analysis of sales metrics, as well as functional support of KAMs to ensure target achievement.Insights & Commercial Grocery Development-Analyzing developments and trends in the grocery retail and toy industries, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations for the Grocery & Department Store Sales Team-Monitoring key performance indicators such as consumer sales, sales volumes, and competitor benchmarks to support strategic decision-making-Defining and planning the product assortment, including the creation of planograms and providing strategic recommendations to optimize product placement.
