Working with the Rockefeller Center Policy Research Shop to provide data-driven policy recommendations to the Vermont State House Judiciary Committee and support decision making in the potential implementation of competency restoration programs. Led stakeholder interviews with government agency officials, lawmakers, forensic psychologists, and attorneys, conducting a comparative analysis of competency programming across five states to inform the current policy landscape of Vermont and recommended pathways.
