Celine Bardet hold a degree in law, a Master degree (DEA) in international and European Public law. She also graduated at the Institute of High International studies in Paris and has a diploma of International Criminal Investigator.* Started career at the ICTY.* Worked at UN Office on Drug and Crime on terrorism and organized crime issues_UNODC.* Conducted various Rule of Law and technical assistance all over the world * Founder and President of NGO We Are NOT Weapons OF War * Published a book in France in April 2011 on her experience in the Balkans in collaboration with Dan Nisand \"​ Zones Sensibles - A woman against war criminals\"​ Edition du Toucan.* Cooperate on various publications, documentaries and outreach on war crimes and post conflict situations.* Speaker at TEDx Paris 2012 and in 2014 * Media Consultant and editorialist 20 years of professional experience with UN, EU funded projects on Rule of Law, Justice and Security Reform in particular criminal justice reform including complex crime issues such as war crimes, corruption, terrorism, drugs and organized crime. Deeply involved in providing support on the ground to countries for developing standards in rule of law, security sector and complex criminal issues. Conducted various monitoring and evaluation for international programs in crisis zones. Soundly committed in international criminal justice and engaged in local proceeding of war crimes and other complex criminal cases and/or international justice proceeding. Provided numerous trainings on prosecuting and judging war crimes. Very focused on rule of law, good governance and research. Celine Bardet is the Founder and President of theNGO \"We Are not Weapons of War\"(WWoW) dedicated to work on sexual violence in conflict, justice and security. WWoW uses new technology to address complex issues. It created the tool BackUp.
