I’ve facilitated 40 cases – negotiating, drafting, and implementing community group agreements between harmed individuals, individuals who caused harm, and community members. This allows communities to heal from harm finding solutions outside the criminal justice system. I set up and facilitate conferences between parties. Throughout the process, I provide coaching and training on the practices, principles, and benefits of restorative justice.
