ABOUT CELINA PFEIFFER

Hi there!I’m Celina, currently the Executive Assistant to the CEO at diconium and a former Senior Strategy Consultant with a passion for transformation and organizational development. I hold a Master of Science in International Management with a focus on Strategy & Consulting from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.Over the past two years, I’ve had the chance to work on exciting strategic projects—supporting M&A deals from a PMO perspective, implementing leadership performance management systems, and driving sustainability strategies. My time working in China for 8 months was particularly rewarding, where I led a workstream to design and implement a new organizational structure. These experiences have sharpened my skills in operating model refinement, organizational development, and strategic PMO.What sets me apart is my international mindset and ability to navigate diverse stakeholder expectations.
