I am a seasoned leader with 28+ years of organizational leadership and strategic planning experience in the banking sector. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for building and developing high-performing teams, as well as for guiding responsible and profitable growth, I have a verifiable history of contributing to company performance and success throughout my career. Professional focal points include operational excellence, recruitment, talent development, relationship management, policy development, and internal controls. Delivering superior administration on the latter areas of expertise requires utilization of effective communication skills, interpersonal skills, as well as financial acumen, team building, and employee engagement to support efficiency and maximum returns. Most recently, I was a VP, Consumer Bank Market Leader with Bank of America. Under my leadership, I oversaw the operations for 13 Financial Centers, directly leading Financial Center Managers and indirectly leading Financial Advisors, Mortgage Loan Officers, and Business Bankers. I also developed and implemented revenue-driving strategies. In addition, I liaised with senior leadership, teams, and stakeholders to ensure the company’s operations support structure was fully functional to achieve established performance objectives.
