Conducting injury analysis, mechanism of injury investigation and verifying medical billing from hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, urgent care clinics, private practices, and out of pocket medical expenses presented by the insured or a personal injury attorney. As a claims specialist I review medical claims to ensure we pay what we owe for auto accident injury claims for our insureds with policies up to Handling an average of 120 claim files on a monthly basis in rotation as new claims are processed.
