In this role, I actively support the Head of Resourcing in the delivery of effective resourcing solutions to all Cygnet Health Care and Social Care Services and central support functions. The key responsibilities of my role include:• Providing leadership and management of a driven and performing Team, including resource management, performance management and coaching.• Deputising for the Head of Resourcing in Operational meetings as required• Managing the Recruitment and Onboarding Team Leaders to achieve department targets measured by key performance indicators and service level agreements• Being the main central point of contact for Operational Stakeholders and HR Business Partners providing recruitment and onboarding information as required.• Working with the Resourcing Leadership Team, HRMs and HRBPs, to ensure attraction strategies provide the relevant recruitment support to respond efficiently to applications• Collation, analysis and distribution of recruitment MI, responding to ad-hoc requests for MI as required by the business, Head of Resourcing and HRLT• Building relationships with suppliers and recruitment partners (both internal and external) to continuously improve the recruitment toolkit, improve selection processes and ensure compliance with recruitment policy• Creating a performance driven environment to ensure targets are consistently achieved within the team• Managing the performance of the team through one to ones and regular performance reviews• Being involved with project work and continual improvement of all resourcing department activity• Managing escalated queries regarding compliance and onboarding documentation• Working collaboratively with other internal support teams to ensure the success of the Recruitment and Onboarding teams as a whole and drive the implementation of specific recruitment campaigns
