I\'m a Clinical Research Manager with over 28 years of Pharmaceutical experience. I have been fortunate through the years to gain experience in all aspects of clinical research from project management, data management, medical writing, auditing and clinical CRA and site management.I am currently completing my audit certification and work full time as a CRA manager for Galderma, LLC. Clinical Research is continually changing and my drive is to embrace in these changes and the opportunity to create effective processes.Colleagues know me as a creative thinker who always can be trusted to come up with a new approach. I am self-motivated and work well alone, but prefer to collaborate with others for optimal creativity.
