Hello, I am Celeste He! I am logic-driven and usually dive deep into the essence of problems and occasions. I enjoy the process of revealing the problem step by step, raising social awareness, motivating people to think deeper, and conducting transformative moves to act on key issues. I am currently a second year graduate student at the Mass Communication Program in San Jose State University. I have strong background in researching, storytellings, visions embedment, strategies development which are fundemental elements in campaigns, marketing and academic research in Mass Communication & Media. I enjoy the outcomes of eventually helping people make wise choices. I like developing campaigns and organizing events. The moment of brainstorming something new and making them happens in real world is the most rewarding process for me ever. I also like their tactics to connect people, enclose the differences, and create comfortable immersion among different individuals. I like seeing transformative move happen in the society and love to help people reflect on the their rooted ideologies of and be brave enough to expose themselves to new things, new people and new information. I keep myself updated and exposed to different new tools in marketing, data analytics, design and even programming. I believe driven by different tools and channels in communication, innovation and creativity are naturally generated and interpersonal interactions could be smoother and more beneficial.
