I’m really good at building systems that make learning easier, smarter, and more human.In my role as Global Learning Operations Manager at GHD, I design and scale the processes that help our people learn, lead, and teach—wherever they are in the world.I work behind the scenes to make sure our learning experiences are seamless, our platforms are intuitive, and our programs actually work for the people using them.
