A creative and dynamic professional seeking a global career in employee relations. Moved from New York to England to study international human resource management with level 7 CIPD qualification. Career interests in promoting initiatives to attract diverse talent and create an inclusive work environment. Previous experience working with HR professionals and line managers to revise recruitment, on-boarding, and training mechanisms to identify hidden talent and develop leadership potential. I am driven to increase women into leadership roles, sustainable employment for persons with disabilities, and development of minority ethnic talent. I have worked with underrepresented youth to increase access of education, employment and college readiness. Has lead me to become a career educator for college students and encourage development of first generation and international students. I have partake in policy and operation revision for healthcare departments while leading employee projects. Then I worked with persons with mental and physical barriers to find sustainable employment. My career exemplifies passion for diversity and inclusion within the workplace and educational institutions. As a Latina and first woman in my family to graduate college with a BA and now MSc, it is important to me to push boundaries and continue my journey as a visionary leader. Currently, I am researching \"Neurodiversity\" in organizations and the barriers of career mobility for neurodiverse talent for my masters dissertation. Aside from my studies, I am an artist with shared love for realism art and traveling. I am open to new opportunities that will challenge me and provide development opportunities.
