Support designers in delivering human-centred products that meet federal standards for accessibility, usability, bilingualism and interoperability- Establish operational processes for product design and content design that reflect user needs, business needs, and technical constraints- Socialize design standards and related processes with product teams and leadership, iterating as needed- Co-lead the Product design guild and Content design guild, supporting practitioners through creating space for community, collaboration and peer review- Evangelize the role of content designers and advocate for their full inclusion in product design alongside UX and UI designers from the beginning- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design by shifting accessibility and inclusion to the left in our processes as much as possible- Evangelize user-centred design and Agile methods
