Assist Attorneys with preparation of real estate documents, including Deeds, Mortgages, Closing Disclosures, HUD. Direct contact for all transactions for Clients, Realtors and Lenders. Draft all legal correspondence for real estate closings. Coordinate scheduling of all closings, signings, and meetings. Post-Closing and disbursement of all files. Oversee Paralegal team and manage daily closing schedules. Maintain current knowledge of state and local laws pertaining to Real Estate transactions by attending continued education seminars. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing with clients, co-workers, vendors/contractors, etc. using effective interpersonal skills.
