Over 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry, with a focus on advancing personalized medicine, diagnostics, and innovative clinical strategies.I bring more than a decade of experience supporting clinical laboratory enablement for molecular testing across infectious disease and pharmacogenomics, with a strong foundation in qPCR, NGS, and CE technologies, as well as experience supporting proteomics workflows.In my current role at Versiti Clinical Trial Services, part of a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing patient care, research, and community health, I support end-to-end clinical trial solutions, partnering with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and diagnostics organizations to design and implement laboratory strategies across preclinical and clinical research. My focus includes biomarker discovery and development, analytical and clinical validation, comparator testing for regulatory submissions, companion diagnostic development, and tailored testing solutions.Through my experience at Versiti, I have also expanded into hemostasis and broader blood health workflows, including coagulation, transfusion medicine, and complex hematologic conditions—further strengthening my ability to support a range of therapeutic areas with thoughtful, well-aligned laboratory strategies.In parallel, through our work at Quantigen Biosciences within Versiti, we’ve contributed to global health initiatives focused on expanding access to diagnostics in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), including collaborations aligned with programs supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. This work has centered on enabling scalable, cost-effective diagnostic approaches and supporting clinical studies designed to increase testing access in resource-limited settings.I am committed to building strong, lasting partnerships through transparent and collaborative engagement.
