I’m passionate about expanding access to high-quality early education through meaningful partnerships and innovative growth strategies. Over the past several years, I’ve worked across the education and behavioral health sectors, helping organizations strengthen collaboration between schools, providers, and families to create better outcomes for children and families. Currently, I spearhead Community Partnerships at Shine Early Learning, cultivating relationships with early childhood programs, community organizations, and early intervention networks. I manage national conference engagements and collaborate across marketing and GTM teams to align goals and amplify Shine’s mission, contributing to $500K+ in quarterly growth.Previously, as an Outreach Executive at ACES ABA, I built partnerships with school districts, clinicians, and community stakeholders to expand access to Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services for children and families.
