Leading a team of 5 people (product and project managers), I am responsible to set up the technical strategy for the ruminant business in Cargill Italy. My main goals are- Be up-to-date about ruminants markets, especially dairy market insights at global level, with focus in Europe and Italy- Build Marketing Campaigns for B2F and B2DF Italian Brands, creating Value Proposition around a feed product or tech service launched in the market- Work closely with Commercial Directors to ensure the best positioning of every innovation and feed offering- Collaborate with Formulation, Purchase, Supply Chain, Production and Communication Departments- Being part of the Western Europe Ruminant Team, to boost global solutions in local environment and take part in decision making processes about future strategies
