Manage all aspects of the Talking Bubble project, a UK-wide project which aims to provide over-the-phone befriending service to individuals who need social support, ensuring a seamless project delivery.• Coordinate first phone calls between volunteers and beneficiaries, and conduct follow up check-ups, utilising the CRM software Salesforce and Togetherly.• Oversee the recruitment, training, and matching of 100+ volunteers.• Serve as the primary contact for all project-related correspondence. • Evaluate the effectiveness of the project on an ongoing basis, adapting the plan as necessary.• Join volunteering fairs and community events to grow volunteer base and promote the project.• Responsible for the security of documents ensuring GDPR compliance and organisational filing continuity.
