Clinical social worker and psychotherapist in private practice, specializing in mindfulness-based, and experiential therapy (AEDP). Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (aedp.org) is a powerful modality to undo aloneness, and re-wire the brain for connection and thriving, making accelerated change possible. I am an AEDP Level therapist, active as both a supervisor & experiential Essential Skills Trainer/Assistant with the AEDP Institute (aedpinstitute.org). Strong interests in AEDP supervision, training new clinicians from the get go, and social work education. I have a background in family systems and extensive experience in child and family therapy, as well as couple\'s therapy. I am comfortable supervising in these domains, but currently only accept individual adult clients into my practice. I have additional advanced training in Nonviolent Communication & Clinical Work with Refugees. Interests include trauma & attachment, resilience, body-based therapy, the Ecology of Feeling, and transforming culture for thriving. In my private practice, I see individual adults. I particularly welcome and affirm BIPOC and LGBTQ clients, immigrants and refugees. I am committed to anti-racist and culturally humble practice.
