ABOUT CELENE JUDGE
As a strategic and tactical senior HR executive, I establish top-performing, engaged, and executable cultures by creating and implementing comprehensive human resources (HR) strategies and developing and leading dynamic teams. I also drive organizational advancement by spearheading robust growth initiatives, navigating the challenges of exponential growth, and delivering high-level strategic guidance across all HR operations. I\'ve distinguished myself as an influential HR leader who leverages her expertise in business and professional development while leading oversight of lateral partner integration programs and large-scale integration plans. A few notable accomplishments from my tenure at Allen & Overy (A&O) of which I am incredibly proud include:• Leading the HR support for growth of US practice including the opening of four new offices in the US (Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, San Francisco & Boston) as well as the addition of 60 partners over the past three years. • Creating and implemented a new partner integration program improving lateral partner recruitment, on-boarding and integration across the global platform, fundamentally transforming the firm’s approach to partner integration.• Spearheading several global people initiatives including those aimed at improving the partnership pool for women & minorities, increasing awareness and support for mental health, better support for working families and assisting emerging leaders to better prepare for the role of partner. Initiated new approach to A&O’s staff engagement survey.I am excited to expand my professional network and see what the future may hold.
