A few notable accomplishments from my tenure at Allen & Overy (A&O) of which I am incredibly proud include:• Leading the HR support for growth of US practice including the opening of four new offices in the US (Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, San Francisco & Boston) as well as the addition of 60 partners over the past three years. • Creating and implemented a new partner integration program improving lateral partner recruitment, on-boarding and integration across the global platform, fundamentally transforming the firm’s approach to partner integration.• Spearheading several global people initiatives including those aimed at improving the partnership pool for women & minorities, increasing awareness and support for mental health, better support for working families and assisting emerging leaders to better prepare for the role of partner.
