Generosity is one of Jasco\'s sustaining values - we aim to give hope to the world through irrational generosity. Jasco gives 50% of net profits from Jasco\'s brands to causes that matter. As Jasco\'s Director of Generosity, I manage Jasco\'s giving efforts by developing relationships with ministries and charities, coordinating grant requests, maintaining financial reporting and establishing accountability guidelines. I also help build a culture of generosity among our employees by overseeing volunteer opportunities, charitable in-kind drives and external fundraising campaigns.
