   I currently lead the West VA Region and Operations & Enablement teams- Designed and implemented structures and scalable processes to expand customer training offerings across the organization and for all customers- Led the redesign of training deliverables and introduced internal tools to increase departmental efficiency and consistency- Played a key role in launching and shaping the new Operations & Enablement team within ProAssure Services, defining core functions, goals, and workflows- Developed frameworks and playbooks to streamline onboarding, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration for training initiatives- Partnered cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and delivery teams to align enablement strategies with business growth and service quality goals.
