Served in a program management type role for the production and development satellites for SpaceX\'s Starlink constellation. This includes the Starlink \"v1.5\" constellation where I drove team alignment from design, development, and production of a satellites for our next generation LEO constellation. Primary job function consisted of cross-functional team alignment and leadership - including- Cross-functional schedule monitoring and reporting to drive and ensure alignment towards defined milestones- Launch coordination with SpaceX\'s Falcon launch and production teams to ensure hardware delivery outside lead-time for each mission\'s payload- Development and facilitation for the Starlink organization\'s change and configuration policies, utilized for our space and ground assets.
