From January 2025, leading the US engineering team in charge of the licensing management applications. We release multiple Servicenow apps with feature updates to the licensing and allocation management functionality for end-users, as well as the APIs that form the integration of the different licensing systems across the organization that communicate with or through the central licensing instance. Our products are key for customers to be able to use the Servicenow products they have purchased, for them to manager their allocations, and for other internal systems to receive this information.From January to December 2024, leading the engineering team that developed v1 and v2 of the Multi-Instance Framework, to allow connectivity across Servicenow instances. Consisting of two Servicenow apps and changes in the core Java codebase. Version 2 leverages Kafka on Kubernetes for near real-time communication.
