Supports the development and scalability of single-family specialized loan products by: • Conducting market-level research on affordable housing needs, including analysis of data and trends and obtaining feedback from market participants, to assist in continuous quality improvement efforts related to Freddie Mac products and offerings; • Assisting with the development and implementation of new or revised affordable lending products, offerings, business solutions, and initiatives; • Collaborating across key company subject matter experts to access content and perspectives; • Coordinating with corporate and Single Family communications on press releases, Q&A, talking points, and key message documents; • Regularly interacting with Freddie Mac\'s regulatory agency, senior management, and executives on matters related to progress and tactics on a strategic plan, affordable lending products, and policy development; • Conducting presentations related to the corporation’s mission and participating in advisory board and external outreach discussions; • Staying conversant with the affordable housing market by monitoring industry trends as it relates to new products and initiatives to identify opportunities and contribute to the development of organizational strategic plans and objectives; • Establishing and adhering to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements; and • Representing Freddie Mac at industry conferences, customer forums, and internal and external trainings.
