ABOUT CARLOS HERNANDEZ
I am a self-proclaimed nerd who loves tackling wicked problems by using design to define the salient questions, data to answer them, and technology to do so at the right time. As a Data Analytics Sales Specialist at Google Cloud, I help clients solve their \"hairy\"(i.e. most challenging) data and AI issues. My journey began with a \"left-brain\" focus on analytics and visualization, but I soon strengthened my \"right-brain\" by diving into design, UX, and ethnography. Now, I combine these skills with deep technology knowledge to implement data-driven solutions in production, from data pipelines to UIs. My background spans roles at Cloudera, Shopify, and Deloitte, and I hold certifications like Google\'s Professional Data Engineer and a specialization in Generative AI. When I\'m not uncorking interesting data challenges for clients, you can find me at the climbing gym or pursuing entrepreneurial dreams in Data and AI.
