Reports to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), with responsibility for planning, directing, managing, and overseeing the activities of the City\'s Planning, Construction Services, and Economic Development Department. Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, while maintaining and improving the quality of life of residents, visitors, property owners, and businesses through effective planning and land use policies, programs, and services. Provides leadership for developing and implementing the City’s long-term strategic vision and direction for economic development through establishing collaborative relationships with our economic development partners both public/private, built on a foundation of trust and credibility across the business and development community.
