What do a Harrier jump jet, a board game convention with attendees, and New Zealand\'s first LeSS implementation have in common?I made them happen by spotting the opportunity, doing the homework, stepping into something new and creating a community where people not only come along for the ride, but excel by doing so.That\'s what I do. As an agile coach, delivery lead, trainer, and facilitator, I help teams find clarity, work better together, and deliver things that actually matter. Purpose, community, fairness - making lives better for the customer, the team and the organisation.I pioneered agile coaching in Wellington, introduced Story Mapping to NZ, and created the first LeSS programme here in 2023. I\'m featured in two books -\"User Story Mapping\" and \"Creating Great Teams.\" I\'ve spoken at Agile NZ, been interviewed on RNZ, and written up in the NZ Herald. Not for being in tech. For building communities people genuinely want to be part of.Now I\'m deep into AI - not just as a buzzword, but practically. I completed the Oxford University AI Programme and Graduate Diploma in AI at Victoria University. I\'ve built my own ethics frameworks (FATES and PAPER), installed and tuned open-source LLMs, and implemented algorithms from the ground up. I run AI training for people who aren\'t coders and don\'t want to be - they just want to use this technology well.That\'s the gap I care about. The current generation deserves proper tools and proper context, not just a ChatGPT login and good luck!
