Provides technical leadership to the Product team and helps to drive urgency/priority around work activities • Align the team to execute on architecture deliverables and technical priorities • Provides forward looking vision for the team; contributes to the product canvas and product roadmap • Manage the lifecycle of the product applications either directly or through the engineers on the team • Voice of the team to the PL leaders on the team’s needs (resourcing, MSP issues, blockers, conflict) • Coach and mentor the Product team to grow the overall capabilities and improve the team’s overall ability to execute • Be point of contact for the Product team, Product Line Architects and Product Line leadership to help in execution and coordination of initiatives along with develop remediation plans (Vulnerabilities, Tech Debt, PI Objectives)(enterprise or product specific) • Data Commoditization: works to define new data products that generates new value for downstream data consumers • Works closely with vendors and/or development teams to design/implement new integrations • Work closely with Product Line Architects to develop rationalization plan for competing solutions • Partners with other Product Teams to align roadmaps and cross-product dependencies • Build and strengthen the relationships between the technical team and the business stakeholders.
