Install and configure residential network equipment (modems, routers, IPTV decoders, VoIP telephony) in fiber optic and copper environments- Perform network diagnostics (connectivity tests, signal analysis, IP configuration) and resolve issues related to Internet and TV services- Set up and optimize wired infrastructure (indoor and outdoor) in accordance with telecommunications standards- Perform technical troubleshooting of services (connection, latency, signal loss) using network measurement and monitoring tools- Train customers in the use of digital services, ensuring seamless integration with their IT equipment.
