Manages the execution of Exact Sciences\' diversity, equity, and inclusion journey internally and with community organizations. This role is also responsible for maintaining ongoing programs and the initiation of new programs which foster a culture of inclusion and sense of belonging. This role works collaboratively throughout the organization in alignment with the organization\'s priorities and objectives. • Serves as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to mid- and senior-level executives in the area of inclusion and community partnerships. • Develop and manage relationships with community organizations at Exact Sciences hubs in Madison, Boston, Phoenix and Redwood City that align with Exact Sciences\' pillars of inclusion: Build a Better Exact Sciences, Drive Health Equity, and Create Stronger Communities. • Serves as a leader in driving Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives that align with company priorities in communities where Exact has a presence. • Provide thought leadership and partnership within the human resources function to ensure inclusion related training and professional development opportunities are relevant and regularly communicated to employees. • Develop and execute regular inclusion communications to reach employees across locations, time zones, and work shifts. • Develop workforce development programming, including state registered apprenticeships, aimed to increase access to Exact Sciences career opportunities within the community.
