ABOUT CÉDRIC DUFOUR

Within my 7 years working in Singapore, I co-founded and oversaw the development of the IT Management Consulting subsidiary of Optimal Cost. I designed the IT Consulting business strategy and deployed it by securing and delivering ambitious IT optimization projects. I also managed the recruitment of our growing team, oversaw the development of the team’s skillset, designed and conducted internal and external training on IT Management Consulting and IT Procurement topics. I organized and conducted workshops aimed at Singaporean CIOs and participated in numerous conferences and business events as a speaker.As an IT Procurement Manager, I designed key sourcing transformation strategies and implemented them (French Postal Office, Allianz.). I negotiated and optimized vendor offers for my clients, managing a portfolio of IT contracts and providers and establishing key partnerships with suppliers while reducing costs.
