Observing the shortcomings of patient care, the harsh work conditions among providers, and the lack of ethical principles of various health care organizations, has contributed to my passion for health care. My time as an NCAA basketball player and my unique work experience has equipped me with leadership tendencies, a strong work ethic, team skills, organizational skills, and a understanding of health care operations, which can translate into my future career. My goal is to eventually obtain a management/administrative position at a hospital, or another successful health care corporation, with a positive impact and contribution to the community it serves.
