Animation technique, coordination des chantiers transverses, montée en qualité, accompagnement des migrations et outillage autour de micro-services REST Spring Boot et d’interfaces React.Réalisations clés - Migration services Tibco → bridge générique : spécification d’un bridge, développement d’une librairie Java de sérialisation/désérialisation des flux plats Cobol, création d’un outil Web de visualisation pour améliorer la Developer eXperience- Migration Spring Boot 1 → 3 : prototypage, documentation, support à l’adoption des librairies open-source et internes en remplacement du framework d\'entreprise- Refonte des spécifications d\'API REST : optimisation du template de génération de code, migration vers OpenAPI v3, création d’un starter Spring Boot facilitant l’exposition des spécifications modulaires- Migration du portail des API et des clients associés : encadrement et coordination du chantier, appuyés par la conception d’un tableau de bord de suivi permettant de piloter l’avancement et de fiabiliser la transition- Automatisation & CI/CD - Encadrement de la migration des tests automatisés Postman vers Bruno puis RobotFramework- Création d’un script Groovy (Jenkinsfile) pour générer dynamiquement les versions de livrables selon la topologie Git- Mise en place d’un outil de comparaison de profils SonarQube avec Excel pour optimiser les règles de qualité- Préconisations sur l’usage de GitFlow dans GitHub pour structurer les workflows de dev.
