About Cedric Moore
I am a 2022 MBA graduate from the University of Washington-Foster School of Business, and IT professional in the Seattle Metro Area. I am a veteran and a former Army Field Artillery and Signal Officer. I work as a senior consultant for Deloitte in the AI & Engineering portfolio offering, assisting clients to optimize their workload through IT modernization processes, and successful implementation of Microsoft Modern Workplace Administration procedures and tools. In this role I focus on integrating on-premises IT infrastructure into hybrid cloud solutions in both AWS Commercial, AWS Gov Cloud, and Microsoft Azure hybrid cloud environments. I have deep experience managing, creating, and optimizing Virtual Team Boards (VTBs) within Service Now service cues to ensure deliverables are executed in accordance to agreed upon Service-Level Agreements (SLA). In addition to system administrator tasks I have served as a Global M365 Administrator, in an M365 enterprise environment. This includes administrative access and management of the following services: Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Azure AD/Entra ID, Microsoft Intune MDM, Microsoft Security & Compliance Center, Exchange Admin Center, SharePoint & OneDrive Admin, Teams Admin Center.I have a background and proven track record implementing technical solutions, collaborating with and managing IT teams, implementing complex systems integrations, and focusing on the end-user experience as a first principle.
