Identify, implement, and maintain inventory control procedures for all company property.• Maintain accurate inventory records and data.• Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions.• Maintain accurate inventory reports.• Assist in preparing for audits.• Proactively identify, mitigate, track, and report inventory issues• Maintain inventory files of product and sales materials.• Working with the procurement team and finance to the entire procurement cycle, including but not limited to sourcing• Identify and negotiate with suppliers to ensure transparent and cost-effective sourcing.• Developing order plans to ensure time and cost-effectiveness of orders.• Negotiating contracts & pricing agreement• Tracking vendor deliverables & service level agreements• Manage relationships with key operations vendor.• Developing & implementing vendor performance metrics• Identifying & eliminating potential risks associated with vendors.• Establish contracts and pricing.• Issue of Purchase orders, expediting orders to vendors selected, receipt of orders, inspection, verification of invoices and processing of payments.• Review of vendor contracts, amendments to existing contracts and other contract management requirements.• Ensure the procurement policy is adhered to for all purchases.• Ensure the vendor have all HSSE requirements before selected.• Apply the total cost of ownership principle in the acquisitions of goods and services.
