As a Senior Scientific Director at Bristol Myers Squibb, I lead a diverse and cross-functional team of gene editors, immunologists, technologists, and cell therapy enthusiasts, who are passionate about designing and developing optimal cell therapy products and advancing them to the clinic. With over 15 years of experience in cell biology, biochemistry, and genome editing, I leverage my expertise and creativity to integrate innovative technologies with novel biology concepts and address the unmet needs of patients with hematological malignancies and solid tumors.I am the functional leader for Gene Editing technologies, Non-Viral Delivery, and Allogeneic CAR T development, overseeing the design, implementation, and biological validation of cutting-edge engineering strategies for cell therapeutics. I also collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and evaluate new platforms and opportunities for cell therapy innovation.
