I developed specialized genomic mapping methods for evaluating platelet RNA metabolism in acute injury settings for examination of clustering in physiology specific pathways. We created pipelines for discovery of circular RNAs and statistical analysis. I developed computational methods and statistical analysis in Python, R, and bash to evaluate RNA metabolism. I developed data science methods to compare changes in metabolism with known RNA structural sites and transcript features. PI: Lucy Kornblith MD.
